How can joint stability be improved?

Think about the parts of a joint first......
Then think bigger/stronger/thicker.


Muscle
They get bigger - hypertophy.  Plus more fibres.

Ligaments
They get stronger & more elastic

Tendons
Tendons become stronger

Cartilage
Increase thickness of articular/hyaline cartilage
